"Felt a little rushed"
The staff wasn’t exactly rude, but they didn’t come across as very friendly either. I kind of felt like they were trying to hurry me along, which made the whole visit feel a bit uncomfortable. Maybe they were just busy or having one of those days, I get it, I’ve had days where even making coffee feels like a full-time job. Still, a warmer attitude would’ve made a big difference.

"Check-in took longer than expected"
I’ll be honest, I felt a bit misled because I expected check-in to be quick and straightforward, but it moved slowly at first. The staff were nice and did eventually get everything sorted for me, so it wasn’t a terrible experience. I just wish the process had been smoother and involved less standing around waiting.

"Kids Had a Great Time"
The kids had a lot of fun, which is really the main thing. Setup did run a bit late, so it would’ve been nice to have everything ready on time, but overall it still worked out and the kids enjoyed themselves.
"Helped a lot with the crowd, once we got it set up"
We used some BigAirUSA equipment for a local event, it did make handling the crowd a lot easier. The setup took a bit longer than we expected, which maybe could’ve been clearer upfront, but once everything was in place, people moved through smoothly. It wasn’t perfect, but it definitely helped keep the lines more organized and the whole area from turning into a mess.

"Fair Pricing, but Trust Your Gut"
I felt like the pricing on Big Air was fair overall, though I wouldn’t call it super cheap. Some items seemed reasonably priced, while a few were a little higher than I expected. It didn’t feel like a bad deal, but my instinct says it’s worth comparing prices elsewhere before checking out. Overall, I’d put it somewhere in the middle.

"Quick help when my order hit a snag"
I had an issue with my order and figured it was going to turn into a whole hassle. I think I messaged them on a Tuesday, or maybe it was Wednesday, but either way they got back to me fast, which I wasn’t expecting. They figured out what had gone wrong and got it taken care of without making me jump through a bunch of hoops. Stuff happens, but they handled it really well, and I’d order from Big Air again

I booked my spot on bigairusa.com it was mostly smooth. The pages loaded fine, and the steps were clear enough that I could tell they were trying to keep it simple. From the tone of the site, I kind of assumed the booking would be quick and straightforward, and for the most part it was. It did take me a minute to find the exact time slot I wanted, but it wasn’t a huge problem. My confirmation came through fast too, so overall I had a good experience

"Birthday Party Lifesaver"
We used Big Air for my son’s birthday party it felt like a total win. The kids had SO much to do and were running around nonstop the entire time, which was basically a birthday miracle for me. The staff was friendly and helpful, though check-in did move a little slow at the beginning and I was slightly panicking for a minute. The food was just okay, nothing life-changing, but for the overall party price, it made sense. I’d definitely do it again, I’d just show up earlier next time to avoid the mini heart attack at check-in.

"Surprisingly Easy Parking"

I don’t usually complain about stuff like this unless it really stands out, but the place just didn’t feel very clean when I was there. The floors were sticky, the bathrooms were kind of messy, and the trash cans looked like they hadn’t been emptied in a while. I get that places get busy, but it was noticeable enough that it made the visit less comfortable...

"Fun for the kids, but not the value it used to be"
The kids still had a good time when we went, but the membership doesn’t feel as worth it as it used to. The cost has gotten high for how often we’re actually able to visit, so it’s harder to justify now. It was a better deal before.

"Surprisingly Solid"
Went in for pizza and drinks, and somehow, against all odds, both were actually good. The pizza hit the spot and the drinks were just what we needed. No dramatic complaints from me this time.

"Fun for the kids, but we felt a little rushed"
We went last weekend and the kids had such a great time. They seriously didn’t want to leave. It was a really fun spot, though I did feel a bit rushed trying to keep everyone moving and fit everything in. Still, everyone had a blast.

"Service was okay, but the wait was annoying"
I had to wait quite a while before anyone finally got back to me, which was frustrating tbh. Once things actually got started, the service was fine, nothing amazing but not bad either. The waiting around just kinda took the edge off the whole experince. Not terrible, but I probbaly wouldn’t be in a hurry to use them again.
"Waiver process was really annoying"
I had to fill out the waiver before going in, and it was more of a hassle than I expected. The page was kinda confusing and took really longer than it should have. The staff was fine, but dealing with the waiver made the whole visit start off on a frustrating note. Really hope they make it simpler.

I got frustrated waiting around because it felt like the staff just weren’t paying close enough attention. I kept expecting someone to notice what was going on, but it seemed like they were distracted or not watching closely.

"Toddler area was kind of disappointing"
I took my little one here the toddler area felt worn down. It didn’t seem all that clean either, which made me a little hesitant to let them play too much. A few of the soft blocks were ripped and just looked like they’d seen better days. I expected it to be a bit nicer, I guess...

"The games just ate my tokens"
I was frustrated. I tried playing and the games just ate my tokens without giving me anything back. It felt like things weren’t being handled very carefully, and no one seemed to really care or check what was going on. I don’t mind spending money if everything works right, but losing tokens like that makes the whole experience feel careless and annoying.

"Fun for a bit, but not perfect"
We went to Big Air USA and it was decent for a few hours. There are enough different things for the kids to do so they didnt get bored right away, which was nice. After a while though, some of the areas started to feel kind of the same. A couple things were either super busy or not open when we went, so that was a little annoying tbh. Overall not a bad place, just not amazing either. I’d probaby go again, but not like all the time.
